Meet Dr. Wilds
Dr. Alex grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree at George Washington University in Washington, DC, and subsequently her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where she graduated with the highest distinction honors. She then completed her pediatrics residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and practiced in Charleston for two additional years before moving to Washington state. She believes that working with children is a privilege and she is passionate about providing patient-centered and comprehensive oral health care.Extensive Training Treating Children
During her residency, Dr. Ashley Huynh trained extensively in treating children with special healthcare needs. She gained hands-on experience at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. These hospitals provided diverse cases, from routine checkups to specialized treatments. Through this, Dr. Huynh developed skills to address children’s unique dental needs.
Dr. Huynh ensures a fun, holistic dental experience, making her young patients feel comfortable during visits. She focuses on making dental care enjoyable to help children develop a positive oral health attitude. Through gentle care, clear communication, and a welcoming environment, she ensures each visit is stress-free for both children and families.
Dr. Huynh holds board eligibility through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, emphasizing her commitment to excellence. She stays updated on pediatric dentistry by participating in local and national dental associations. Her continued education and involvement demonstrate her dedication to providing the highest care for her patients.
Personal Life
In her free time, Dr. Ashley Huynh likes spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Her love for the outdoors spans a variety of activities, including open-water swimming, cross-country skiing, and playing pickleball. She enjoys staying active and embraces the challenges these sports offer. Additionally, Dr. Huynh loves exploring new hiking trails, seeking out scenic routes and beautiful landscapes whenever she can. These outdoor adventures allow her to stay connected to nature and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She’s thrilled to join the team at the practice and is genuinely excited to meet you and your family, bringing her passion for both dentistry and the outdoors to every aspect of her work!
